Control Panel, Programs and Features, View Installed Updates is one option.

Scheduling a daily System Restore Point (Tutorial) would give another.

Again - which update? Important information for members is missing.

The forum prompted you to provide your full build number when you wrote your first post, and told you how to do that.

I do not see that post anywhere in this topic. If someone asked for my build number and everything, I am unable to see that reply. My first reply to this post was about using a Windows Update blocker. I do not see any other reply asking for this information

Anyway, this is what is in My Computer "Properties" if that is what you are asking for

    Edition Windows 10 Home
    Version 21H2
    Installed on ‎1/‎15/‎2021
    OS build 19044.1415
Experience Windows Feature Experience Pack 120.2212.3920.0
