(this one keeps trying to install everytime)
and they have both failed like 20 times, every time it reaches like 88% or 90%+ updating (always same percentage) and says couldn't complete the updates, rolling back
Shows this error 0x800f0922
How to fix???

You are denying yourself routine and normal repair options.

You should ensure you have the means to readily reapply your tweaks - e.g. a documented set of reg files.

This shouldn't destroy any optimisations, it will just replace any damaged system files. The worst case scenario is an in-place-update which will kill EVERYTHING you've customised. Have you tried any DISM repairs?

But without looking at the log files, every well-intentioned command in the command prompt is like playing the lottery.
If you want to share the files, open the Windows Explorer, navigate toC:\Windows\logsand then copy and paste the CBS folder on your desktop, zip it and then upload it on wetransfer.com or catbox.moe and share the link here.
Alternatively, you can also use OneDrive or Google Drive.But then you have to make sure that the files are accessible.
Possibly getting the symptoms of a faulty SSD. Unless it's third-party anti-virus interference, it's more likely to be a bad drive.
