Windows 10 Update Error 0x8007000d when installing KB5007186

Had a problem since this update was released. Tried to install many times.

2021-11 Cumulative Update for Windows 10 Version 21H1 for x64-based Systems (KB5007186)
FAILED: 0x8007000d

Steps I have already taken to resolve the issue:

Windows 10 Update Troubleshooter: Did not find any issues;

sfc/scannow: Windows Resource Protection: Found issues with first time I ran it. I rebooted and ran it again, did not find any integrity violations.

DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth: The restore operation completed successfully.

Re-installation using standalone Windows Installer MSU file (downloaded from Windows Update Catalogue): Installation failed.

deleted all files from C:\WINDOWS\SoftwareDistribution\Download: It did not help.

Any recommendations would be appreciated. Thanks.

IIRC, reminds me of an issue I had many moons ago, except I don't remember the error code, but it made me "spam" the "Retry" button. :/

Hello Everyone,

I was able to resolve the issue. I had a full backup of the computer that I made back on June 10, 2021. I restored the Windows partition only of that backup. Once I did that the computer updated with error.
