KB5006365 And KB5007289 Net Framework Woes

When I updated one of my machines from 21H1 to 21H2 on the 20th November I used the assistant (by mistake) insted of via Windows Updates.
When the machine eventually installed the update and restarted I went to Windows Update and installed Netframework update KB5006365.
Today I got offerred KB5007289 for Net Framework which I installed. The computer requested a restart to instal this update which I did.
Although the machine is working correctly I am wondering if the one installed on 20th November was correct especially as I had installed KB5006365 in October.

In the latter half of every month, if you select "check for updates", Windows 10 Update will offer you the opportunity to install a "preview" version of the next month's security patches and other updates.

It is a way for Microsoft to get some people to test the next set of patches before they're released to everyone on the next "patch Tuesday". You don't have to select them for installation. They are configured as "optional". If you're a risk taker, you can install them. If you'd rather not be a risk taker, then don't install them. (Although seeing the availability messages about optional patches can be somewhat annoying to some people.) These optional patches will stop being available on the second Tuesday of the next month, when their final versions become available. Usually the optional previews are fine and are a way of getting important security patches as soon as possible.

It's best not to try and decipher Microsoft logic.
It never becomes clear, and just causes headaches.
