If you made the backup with Regbak, it doesn't matter.

How Do I get My Tray Back?

Not fond of Defender at all - Reported instances of Ransomware getting by it
Trend Micro and Acronis both had protection but running both of them may be a mistake.

First Things First - I will create another Full Backup - But for that I need Acronis

Anything else I am missing or need to do?

You can reinstall Trend Micro if you want. But you should always keep in mind that it can prevent an upgrade.

If you mean Snagit in the tray, reinstall it.

You find the Software in your Account on the Techsmith Website:

I see Acronis Cyber Protect as the main culprit for the upgrade problems.

I need to see if I can unbundle Acronis True Image from its Security package
Thanks for all of your help!!
Is this the longest successful case you have worked on?
Is there anything I can do for you?

Sorry, but I'm working on another case.

Glad to hear that everything is done now.

Yes, that was the longest case I've worked on.

Please rename the Farbar Recovery Scan Tool to uninstall.exe and run it.

It will ask you to reboot and then it will remove itself and the files it created.
