    Please do the following:

    Uninstall the following Programs. If you receive error messages during the uninstallation that the software has already been uninstalled, click on Yes when you should be asked whether the entry should be removed.

    Acronis Cyber Protect Home Office

    CyberLink PowerDVD 12

    Java 8 Update 251

    NVIDIA Graphics Driver 457.20

    Snagit 12

    Trend Micro Maximum Security

    Trend Micro Password Manager

    Trend Micro Troubleshooting Tool

    Use the Trend Micro Remnant File Remover Tool too:

    And then install these Nvidia Driver again:

    NVIDIA DRIVERS GeForce Game Ready Driver WHQL

    When done please let me know.

    I have not rebooted - Everything else seemed to work.
    One Trend Micro Tool process found nothing, the Other did uninstall stuff.

    My BENQ second monitor crashed on uninstall of NVDIA

    Download this Package and the unzip it:
    WeTransfer - Send Large Files & Share Photos Online - Up to 2GB Free

    Then click on Browse in the Java uninstaller and go to the folder where you have the unzipped jre1.8.0_251full file and select the file.


    Do not do anything with the graphics card driver.

    Not quite doing something right. I ended up installing Java (then uninstalled it) but still struggling hereStruggling for Months to Update Windows 10 - Diagnostics Below-java-8-installer.png

    Okay.

    Cancel the deinstallation of the Java package, delete the downloaded package from me and please reboot the computer.

    When done, do this:

    Please go through the steps on the Acronis website up to and including point 4.

    Caution! Do not restart your computer afterwards when prompted!

    I'll do point 5 for you.

    OK - I answered N then terminated the tool without a reboot - but I failed to do a reboot before I started that process
