    Regarding question 1:

No, you do not need that, because this only relates to update installations via Windows updates.

And if it stays that way, that's not a problem.

    To question 2:

First I would like to finish the preparatory work with you for the upgrade.
Please do not do anything about this, I will do that later.
Finished Everything except Malware Bytes - It did not seem to think it was ever loaded - Failed to capture exact message.
Not sure why Trend Micro is in the Lists - I used the tool and cleanup tool

    Thanks again.

Please read the following instructions carefully and please keep to the order.

Close all files and other applications (the computer will restart after the fix) and do the following:

Download the Fixlist.txt from the following link:

WeTransfer - Send Large Files & Share Photos Online - Up to 2GB Free

and copy the Fixlist.txt into the same folder as the Farbar Recovery Scan Tool.

Start the Farbar Tool again and wait for the tool to say "The tool is ready to use" and then click Fix and wait for it to finish.

The Tool creates the Fixlog.txt file in the same folder where the Farbar Tool is located.

At the same time you will also find a new txt file with the name: drivers.txt on the desktop.

Then click in the Farbar Recovery Scan Tool on Scan again and create new FRST.txt and Addition.txt files.

When done, upload all files here: Fixlog.txt; drivers.txt; FRST.txt and Addition.txt.

If the loop does not end, restart the computer.

Do I need to rerun utility after reboot?

    That is not unusual.

Did you run a new scan with the Farbar Tool after restarting?

The FRST.txt and Addition.txt are the ones you have already uploaded.

    I need new files.
