    Check your BIOS time and date. If it's wrong, the BIOS backup battery is dead and needs to be replaced. You can confirm by setting the BIOS time correctly, then shutdown and unplug the AC as before. If boot order and time are wrong, bad battery.

    time when off is the correct time so not that issue if i disable boot options 1 and 2 then the computer will boot with the list on second photo but if i put my windows ssd as boot option on the first option on the first picture it will not boot

    @tzfrantic

    Changing the Partition ID within Windows has nothing to do with booting problems after restarting the computer when it was disconnected from the power supply.

    In that case my mind would be with Steve that something was reset in the bios.

    Replace the Battery on your Motherboard.

    What options do you have under "Boot Option Priorities" for: Boot Option #1?

    As already written, it is not normal if you reconnect the computer to the power supply and then the computer does not boot and you have to change settings in the BIOS to get the computer to boot again.
    But it's not a Windows problem.

    Even if the battery appears to be OK, just replace it.

    It doesn't cost a lot either.

    If you then have the problem again later, it could indicate a problem with the motherboard.

    Okay.

    As already written, watch the behavior whether it occurs again when you turn off the PC at the wall again.

    Take care.
