Windows 10 Delete "Deleted" Updates

Good find, thanks! I just looked at this registry and I took a careful look at each one of the keys there, but cannot find the Updates.

It's such a perplexing issue

Try searching the entire registry for one of the deleted KB numbers.

I used the search function in the registry and looked for: KB5006670

And after searching for a while this is the key that it opened:



Maybe I should tweak the Visibility value? It's currently set to 2, I can set it to 1. Or maybe I should delete everything there entirely?

First make a full backup Backup and Restore with Macrium Reflect and export the registry key just in case to be safe.

I'm not sure how this works, so got no clue which option to try.

But yeah, I've cold booted my PC a few times since this happened. I've been trying to resolve the issue for over a week now on my own

I'm just curious, what could a cold boot do in situations likes, that a restart cannot?

No idea You're experimenting at this point beyond my scope.

Windows 95- Remove Programs- Use the Registry to Remove Items from Install/uninstall List did you look here?

Not sure if it still applies to Windows 10

Yes, that's the same thing that you sent earlier and I already tried it.
