    ...Windows 10 the warning at the top right in "Update and Security": 'This PC doesn't currently meet all the updates ... etc. "even though I have uninstalled the Integrity Check Tool?
    Many feel your pain. To hide this warning, and until something better gets discovered, my low-tech solution it reduce the size of my Settings window:

    Probably.
    There are several TenForums threads on this subject but I have not seen any of them identify a method of suppressing that warning [yet].
    All the best,

    the only way I seemed to have gotten rid of that Win11 warning on my dad's Toshiba laptop was to do an in-place upgrade repair install of Win10 21H1 using revised 21H1 install media (and disabling/turning off wifi connections or turning on "airplane mode" while running Win10 setup then re-enable the wifi internet connections after setup was fully complete) created by the 21H1 MCT noted here. then hide/block the KB5005463 update using wushowhide.diagcab and adding this reg key noted in this bleepingcomputer article.

    [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\PCHC]
    "PreviousUninstall"=dword:00000001

    I no longer get offered the PC health check app from KB5005463 with that reg key set
