I seem to be stuck on this build -- seems to install the updates to latest version of W10 but afte re-boot just stays in this build :
Perhaps a Clan install might work

Just forgetting any more about W10 on this "Rogue Machine"
Downloaded the W11 iso from Ms -- installed via latest version of RUFUS 3.16 !!! -- Machine does have TPM and secure boot - although it would normally fail on CPU requirement !!
Seems funny that I can't upgrade W10 but can insrtall W11 !!! -- Bonkers !!! - The magic and mystique of Windows and the Microsoft Corporation.
Marking as "Solved" -- Well; not really -- found alternative solution.
