1703 Phone activation disappeared

Hi,
i have recently installed 1703 distribution to my old pc from scratch (original windows7pro, upgraded to 1611 with digital license) after broken the original hard disk drive, replaced with a new one.
I have a big problem with automatic activation: with 1611 release was very easy to activate my pc, and if automatic activation failed i always tried the phone activation with no problems, but now with 1703 i tried to launch from elevated command prompt "slui 4" and......nope.
Changed something ?

In a Command Prompt (admin) or Powershell (admin), try:

slmgr /ato

The activation troubleshooter might give you the phone number and installation ID, but I'm not sure.

So i tried to launch the activation troubleshooter with funny result like: "You have a digital license for Windows 10 Pro, valid for Windows 10 pro". I have installed "Windows 10 Pro" (if you want to see a screenshot please tell me, but it's a very funny screenshot like the old one "Mouse not found click ok to continue".......

What is the result of:
slmgr /dlv

Don't edit anything - there is nothing uniquely identifying in the result:

Do you still have the product key for the Windows 7 Pro? You can change the product key to the Windows 7 Pro product key and it might activate. Also, have you tried going to the Microsoft Store and see what it states under Windows 10 Pro? Also, you can try this, click on the start icon, start typing Contact Support. At the top of the list should be Get Help - Trusted Windows Store App. Click on that. That should open a chat style Window and has different options for contacting Microsoft in there.

Thanks, i will try tomorrow. By the way, this problem affected only 1703 (Creators Update), with November update activation is always ok, no problem.

for this pc i solved with reinstalling previous 1607 version with no activation problems (i had to delivery the pc urgently). I'll try next time with other pc. Thank you for now. Bye.
