    Notice to fellow members:

KB5005565 (the CU) was awfully slow to download, and sat at 100% download for a while before installing. Be warned that this set of patches may take an hour or more unless you wait a day or two.

No issues here either. Updated my main pc, my server2019 vm, and my win 10 vm. No issues other than having to shut everything down to reboot the main host lol.

Mine downloaded fairly quick the install portion took longer, but nothing excessive like an hour or so. Maybe 10 min each machine (real or virtual)

Just a suggestion but if you'd like this conversation put into the main KB5005565 CU - TenForums discussion then you could ask Brink to move the whole lot for you.

    All the best,

Denis, my good friend and prized resource-person, I decided not to bother Brink with moving it for two reasons: It seems to have accomplished its purpose here by focusing on the fact that 5005565 applies to 21H2 and brings it up from 1202 to 1237, and there was a lot of confusion in the other thread about why some were still in 21H1 while others (the ones who had already used the Enablement Package) were in 21H2. I just want to leave it as is, and the next time I want to post about a Patch Tuesday, I'll join in at the appropriate Brink thread.

Thank you very much, as always.

    Dan,

Understood. It was actually the endorsement of its applicability to 21H2 that made me think it would be useful in the main thread. I'm also on 21H2 and there are contradictory posts in the main thread.

I'll add a comment there myself now I've completed the update,

    Denis,

Thank you; that will surely be useful. It isn't clear from page 1 post 1 of the thread that 5005565 applies to 21H2 as well, and that 5005565 does not, by itself, without the EnabPkge, bring 21H1 installations up to 21H2. The Winver windows being shown are all over the place without needed comment.
