. NET framework update is not issued every month. This month (September, 2021) there was no .NET framework update issued for Win 10 20H1.

Edit: Here is a screenshot of the Sep 2021 updates. Note that the only update issue this month was the LCU (Latest Cumulative Update). There were no .NET updates, or SSU (Servicing Stack Updates), Setup Dynamic Updates, or Safe OS Dynamic Updates this month.

Same is true for 1809. Sorry for referencing the wrong build initially.

.NET is frequently not updated. It is only updated when an issue is found that needs to be addressed.

f23948, out of curiosity, do you inject your .NET updates or Windows updates into Windows images to keep them current? If not, would having this ability be something that would interest you? I only ask because I wrote a program that would allow you to this that I'm rather proud of. If you have any interest, you can check it out here:

GitHub - hsehestedt/WIM-Tools: WIM (Windows Image Management) Tools is a set of tools to create, modify, and manage your Windows images

Click on "Releases" and download "WIM_Tools.zip".

Okay, maybe this is not something that you are interested in. Here is an example of what I mean:

Let's suppose that you download an ISO image of Windows. Every month, new updates are released by Microsoft. If you install Windows to a system from that ISO image, you will also need to install the most current updates to make your installation current. However, you can update that Windows ISO image so that it already has all those updates in it. Then, if you install Windows from that image you won't have to install any updates because they are already in your image.

You can ignore my query, you sounded like someone who might be interested in that sort of thing .
