    Windows 10 update termination date


    I have received several third party notices saying Windows 10 Pro updates are not being continued.

    My understanding was that updates would be supported for another 5 yearss.

    Can anyone corroborate of confirm.

    Yes, you are correct, Win 10 is supported until the 14-Oct-2025.

    As a start, I suggest that you run your Anti-Virus and Spyware / Malware programs as soon as possible.

    Untrue. The next version of Windows 10, version 21H2 is already with Insiders in the Release Preview Channel and should ready for public release soon. Thereafter support for Windows 10 will continue until 14 Oct 2025, and is likely to include further feature updates.

    Anything you see stating otherwise is at best mistaken, at worst a scam/malware, as Paul Black suggests.
