    stop 11 from installing

i tried changing reg values as the windows club website suggested. I dont have group policy is there a folder i can delete?
my insider account is unlinked, i have all telementry turned off
11 is basically installed via updates pc wants to update and restart i cant prevent it from selecting restart instead of update and restart but id like not to have to do that everytime i restart

Hi, I've just experienced that - however I have Pro and found the policies had been set differently to those I'd set myself.

If it's already downloaded note you can clear the download folder.

You could always just leave the Insider Program.

I did that, but it's not as simple as just doing that; it was still necessary to follow the instructions I posted above as well subsequent to leaving the program.

I.e. the download was STILL restarting even after having left the program until I did that.
