This has to be a Microsoft Problem, KB5004945 fails to install

This has to be a Microsoft Problem, KB5004945 failed to install on two Windows 10 Home /64 (Version 21H1 (OS Build 19043.1081)) today in the same manner and with the same error code, "Some update files are missing or have problems. We'll try to download the update again later. Error code: (0x80070003)"

A third Windows 10 Home /64 (Version 21H1 (OS Build 19043.1081)) had no problem with the update.

Both PCs appear to fail in the same manner; the update appears to install, Windows requests that I restart the PC, the updating Windows blue screen appears, the completion percentage makes it to 7% and Windows restarts twice and says the update failed...

I shouldn't have to do an in-place re-installation of Windows every time they send out an update. Running Microsoft's worthless Windows Update Troubleshooter never help and all the other suggested fixes I find here don't work either.

I'm attaching the Zipped update logs from the PC I'm writing this post from, that the update failed on, (WindowsUpdate.zip) and the PC the update succeeded on (laptopWindowsUpdate.zip) in case anyone that can actually read Microsoft Gibberish want's to take a look and see if they can spot the issue via the log files.

    Any help will be appreciated!

It will not install if needed. The PrintNightmare problem only affects Windows Server.

Question? If not needed then why would it have installed on the one PC (a laptop, not a server)?

I've gotten Build 19043.1083 on 3 Notebooks and 1 Desktop without issue but they already Build 19043.1082.

Update: now have it on 3 Notebooks and 3 Desktops, a mix of Home and Pro but all are x64.

Installation was fine yesterday, and it's not just a 'Server vulnerability!

For people, where the update fails, it's most likely a bad drive, bad internet hardware or "Secure Boot" interfering.
    (maybe unstable RAM?)

Well that is just plain false.

    Doesn't install on my Windows 10 Pro x64 2004.

The DISM log just repeats the version mismatch error and otherwise looks normal.

As far as I'm aware the last service stack update for Windows 10 2004 was 1/21/2021 (KB4598481), which I reinstalled for troubleshooting. The reinstall worked but it did not solve the above issue.

By the way, I'm assuming that in order for the vulnerability to work, a person would have to be on the same network as the vulnerable machines. Is that right, or can an attacker come in from the Internet with this?

This KB also includes the adobe flash removal tool. It will not install if neither applies.
