Hi, it's possible there's a discrepancy between MS's database used to check for Safeguard Holds (tutorial) and either driver versions or perhaps other software on your PC. This may be because there's a known compatibility issue (some of these are listed in the articles in the News section where there's an article per build and per update per build), or because the database hasn't yet been fully updated.
You can attempt to upgrade manually by downloading the relevant iso file and then mounting that and running setup.exe, but there is then a risk.
As with any major change, ensure you have a current disk image to restore (e.g. Macrium Reflect - free/paid) beofre attempting the upgrade.
You can try using MS's upgrade assistant too.
This general advice is typically given, FWIW:
The block is in place because of various compatibility issues with numerous systems and hardware configurations.
If you’ve received this banner, here is what you can do for Windows Update to show the feature update available notification:
1.Update your hardware drivers
2.Disable Core Isolation by going to Settings > Windows Security > Open Windows Security > Devie Security > Core isolation details.
3.Keep checking Windows 10 2004 release information page for mitigations and resolutions for Known issues. Although people report that upgrading offline works, but we do not recommend the same.
