I have never used the "Pause updates" option.
The CMD script disables the system files by locking them rather than moving them.

(Last year) I wasn't able to find KB4023057 to uninstall it. I learned its purpose is to install "Microsoft Update Health Tools" which you can find In "Programs and Features"; if it's there it can easily be uninstalled.

Thanks to @Sniggler - Oct 2, 2020:
"KB4023057 is sneaky... it shows up as an installed KB update, but actually installs the program "Microsoft Update Health Tools".
The KB then does not appear as a installed in Programs and Features."

When I wrote "uninstalled KB4023057" in post #4, I actually meant "uninstalled Microsoft Update Health Tools by using PowerShell commands embedded in a CMD script". I did not use "Programs and Features" to uninstall the "Tools".
I am looking forward to the release of the next new version.
Does any one know if this affects Enterprise LTSB/LTSC versions of Windows?
