Issue(s) with 21H1 Update

Hi guys. I have the same issue as OP. I updated to W10 21h1, and noticed that the Windows Update page in Settings has the loading loop also. I did run the Windows Update Troubleshooter, but it checked for pending update for a long time like OP stated, but then a message popped up saying no issue was found. I ran winver, and my winver shows Version 21H1 Build 19043.985 also. Is there a way to fix this? Help greatly appreciated :)

Also have the same problem as the OP exactly as described. My Hyper V vms on the same host also.

I suspect its an issue with Certain AMD processors. I'm running a Ryzen 3900X. And it appears to break Windows Update after the upgrade. My only workaround was an inplace upgrade with the Media Tool

So far some AMD Ryzen processors seem to be causing the issue with Windows Update and the Media Tool installation seems to be the workaround.
