Have you tried resetting the update components?
Open cmd prompt/powershell with admin & enter:
    Net Stop bits
    Net Stop wuauserv
    Net Stop appidsvc
    Net Stop cryptsvc
    Ren %Systemroot%\SoftwareDistribution\DataStore DataStore.bak
    Ren %Systemroot%\SoftwareDistribution\Download Download.bak
    Ren %Systemroot%\System32\catroot2 catroot2.bak
    Del "%ALLUSERSPROFILE%\Application Data\Microsoft\Network\Downloader\qmgr*.dat"
    Net Start bits
    Net Start wuauserv
    Net Start appidsvc
    Net Start cryptsvc
Restart the PC & try updating again.

    And/or:
Search for services.msc & find Windows Update & ensure it is set to Automatic.

If this doesn’t work then run this tool: https://docs.microsoft.com/windows/d...rade/setupdiag & let me know what it says the reason for the failure is.

    History:
    - since when have you had this problem?
    - have you ever blocked WU by any means?

    already try scan sfc, dism,
    - and what were the results?
    a. Pass?
    b. Fail?

i do not want to install windows again,
Agreed. Therefore you will have been taking due and appropriate precautions.

Please confirm you have been using disk imaging regularly and routinely and have a recent disk image of all your O/S partitions as is endlessly recommended here e.g. Macrium Reflect (free/paid).

If so, you can restore a disk image created before this occurred.

Kindly post a screenshot of your Update History as this may show
    a. which update or upgrade failed
    b. an error number.

    does not do any update
What is the precise error message you get please?

    Thank you.

What was the error shown when running those cmds?
Have you tried an in-place repair? Download the media creation tool, run this & choose to upgrade now.

Unfortunately your reply is incomprehensible and my questions unanswered. I will wish you good luck with this.

Have you tried downloading the most recent Windows 10 ISO file with the Media Creation Tool, mounting the ISO file and running setup.exe from the mounted ISO file to upgrade?

I saw another post here, where it looks like Microsoft changed something that causes it to possibly be impossible to stop the cryptsvc service. The net command, apparently will report that it's an unsupported operation for cryptsvc.

KB5003254 cannot update this particular KB, getting (0x800f0900)
