Some settings are managed by your organization message

I hope I am putting this in the correct area. Recently upgraded to Version 20H2 . I decided to check where I was at with update deferring times, and find this message which effectively stops me from doing any update deferring.
Attached screen shots which may show what is happening. Any help much appreciated because as it stands I am at the mercy of Microsoft with updates and I do not like that idea.

Good, you have included a screenshot of the configured update policies. The policies shown should all be modifiable in the Group Policy editor (assuming this is a W10 Pro machine).

Click Start and type gpedit to find and open it. Select 'Administrative templates' in the left panel. On the Action menu select 'Filter On'. Then on the Action menu select 'Filter Option...'. Set 'Configured' to 'Yes' in the type of policy and click the OK button. Now select 'Administrative Templates > All settings' in the left panel.

The right panel will now list all configured policies. Double-click one each one to see what it does and to modify it. Set each policy you don't want to 'Not Configured' to remove it.
