I did the setupdiag test and I'm attaching the results log.zip file below,
also I attaché the high cpu usage in task manager 5 min after booting up,
and also 2 hours after, the cpu usage increase with time until it reach 100%!
WMI provider host and smphost are using the cpu the highest.

Please post the task manager screenshots (NOT PHOTOS AT AN ANGLE please!) in the other thread where they are relevant.
This is the sort of thing you should be posting (use Snip & Sketch or PrtSc key e.g.) (but in your high CPU usage thread)

Smaller log files can be zipped and uploaded using 'Go advanced' and the paperclip icon above the post.
