This inexperienced member would suggest clean installation, while experienced members could come up with a better solution, and some might ask you whether you created a system image.
Don't forget at least one member will suggest running a whole bunch of .bat files.
@jimbob, my vote is you are going to need a clean install since you did not make system image backups with a program such as Macrium Reflect Free.

I didn't make a system image, and it's too late to make one now.
I really don't want to reinstall everything.
    Any other idea?

Perhaps @zbook will have other ideas, and you will have to run a whole bunch of .bat files.

    Win 10 Pro 64-bit v1909 - Build 18363 Custom ISO Install

    Hello @jimbob,

I think that considering you did NOT create a System Image, your options are extremely limited.

I think you are probably going to have to perform a Clean Install unfortunately!

    Have a look at these . . .

    > How to Clean Install Windows 10
    > How to Refresh Windows 10
    > How to Reset Windows 10

    I hope this helps.
