Why is my computer checking for updates twice daily?

    So, the second time could've been the time it checked for app updates? Because I did see a few of them got updates.

    I don't think so 'cos the morning and evening checks are shown specifically under Windows Update in Settings. Once I did find where the app updates are scheduled which were every 4 hours if I recall correctly.
