Service Host: Windows Update - High CPU

Has anyone ever seen this before? I rebooted and it's come back.

I just right clicked on Service Host: Local Host and selected end task. I was given a message about abandoning data and shutting down. The PC didn't shutdown but the update service stopped and and is no longer there with high CPU usage....

Does HDD prefetch have something to do with it? I don't think we even have superfetch on current Win 10 versions do we?

What would that have to do with the Windows update service?

Why do think Windows Update service was stuck like that with high CPU?

Was just reading about OS Armor. My guess would be a setting in that program.
That's the only abnormal thing I see in your specs.

We know a working Windows or WD wouldn't block or attempt to block... WU.
Malwarebytes doesn't try to block WU.
