How do I find my entire feature update history in windows update? I don’t mean just the current feature update, but the entire history.
As in seeing the upgrade history from 1808 to 1903 to 20H2
ShowKeyPlus can show you that in it's Upgrade section. For System One in my specs below the history goes back as far as it's original OEM Windows 7. Note that the date displayed for each version is the date this version was updated to the next version, not the date it was originally installed.
It reads this information from the Registry, you can read it for yourself in Regedit. Go to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\Setup
You should also note that only the major feature updates are recorded here (the sort that install new system files and create a Windows.old folder). Minor feature updates like the 2004 to 20H2 one do not install a new OS, rather they turn on dormant feature via an enablement package that installs like a cumulative update. My System One shows the install date for its current 20H2 as being the date of the major update from 1909 to 2004, despite upgrading to 20H2 later.
Control Panel, Programs and Features has an Installed Updates list that's about as comprehensive as such things get:
