I note from your update history that you didn't get last month's CU until the 18th March, some nine days after it was released.

That suggests you may have set a number of days to defer Quality updates in you Windows Update's Advanced options. If so, that would explain why you don't see the April CU offered yet. It won't appear until the defer period has elapsed.

Well you should do, my screenshot was deliberately taken from an 1809 Pro machine running in a VM. The LTSC 1809 shouldn't be any different.

There was a bug introduced in 1903 that could make those settings disappear, it's possible that an update for 1809 has 'retro-fitted' that bug. If either the Feature or Quality defer period was non-zero then the setting would vanish.

It's not a 'timeframe', as such. The contents of these Windows Update settings pages are only refreshed when you check for updates, either the automatic check or manually. Set a number of days then check for updates will make the option(s) disappear straight away.

You can check your defer settings in Regedit, look in the key HKLM\SOTWARE\Microsoft\WindowsUpdate\UX\Settings for the values of 'DeferFeaturesUpdatePeriodInDays' or 'DeferQualtyUpdatePeriodInDays'. If non-zero, set them to zero (or at least, set the quality one to zero). Then check for updates again. After a check for updates the advanced option you reset to zero should reappear, if I'm correct in assuming this bug is now present in 1809..

One last suggestion. I see from your second video that 'some settings are managed by your organization'.

This means that one or more group policies are in place for this page in Settings. Click on 'View configured update policies' to see what they are, just in case they may be delaying getting updates.

The answer is you may have chosen to defer settings in group policy, enterprise versions of windows dont always have the same UI options as consumer which is why it might not present in the settings applet.

    run gpedit.msc
    Navigate to administrative templates
    Navigate to windows components
    Navigate to windows update
Navigate to windows update for business
Then double click "select when quality updates are recieved"should see windows like this.

I suggest you keep the delay on as long as it isnt more than a couple of weeks, but thats how you reduce it or turn it off if you want to.
