What should we expect with Patch Tuesday tomorrow?
Also, should I be worried about a repeat of last month? Or do you expect everything to go smoothly for everyone?

Logically, how could anyone know what will happen before it even is released?
As Try3 pointed out, it would be a good idea to have an image / backup you could revert to if you needed to do so.
IMHO, if there is no extreme urgency to applying the update, why not wait a few days to see what the fallout is?
Ghot, you are partially correct. Typically the Windows fixes present in the preview release are unchanged between preview (.906 in this instance) and the final release unless a problem is found that they fix in the meantime. However, the security updates are not included in the preview release. We won't see that until tomorrow (or today for those several hours ahead of me).
That is what happened in March with the printing fiasco. The problem was not present in the preview release, but the security updates released on patch Tuesday buggered everything up.
Good thing I don't have a printer.
I got bigger problems than patch Tuesday... I need a new 200mm x 30mm case fan. I think it'll be this one...

It's not a dire emergency. I can probably wait a few months if necessary. My case has 3x 200mm x 30mm case fans, and one of them just slows to a halt every now and then. :/
Additional commentary / ranting
I have to admit that I for one get seriously frustrated by the never ending problems caused by Windows updates. The purpose of the updates is to fix problems, but applying the updates is like playing Russian Roulette. Maybe this update will help Windows run better, maybe it will cause my computer to crash and burn. When I apply patch Tuesday updates I feel like Clint Eastwood is standing over me asking if I feel lucky today.
Ghot, that's a pretty big fan. Where is that located? In a side panel?
