If you want to install the update via Windows Update, the Setup Diag Logs are not relevant.

According to your profile information, you are already on 21337.1000.

Or do you want to perform an in-place upgrade?

Can you upload the Windows Update logs from the following path?

C:\Windows\logs

Copy and paste the CBS folder on your desktop, zip it and then upload it on wetransfer and share the link here please.

To localize the error more precisely, I need the Components hive.


Navigate to the: C:\Windows\System32\config folder.


Copy and paste the COMPONENTS hive from this folder on your desktop, zip it and then upload it on wetransfer.com too.


If the COMPONENTS hive cannot be copied, restart the computer and try again.
