    Hello

If you want to install the update via Windows Update, the Setup Diag Logs are not relevant.

According to your profile information, you are already on 21337.1000.

Or do you want to perform an in-place upgrade?

    Friendly greetings

Thanks for replying me. What logs should I provide on this thread to fix WU from settings?

I'd like to upgrade to 21337.1010.

Can you upload the Windows Update logs from the following path?

    C:\Windows\logs

Copy and paste the CBS folder on your desktop, zip it and then upload it on wetransfer and share the link here please.

To localize the error more precisely, I need the Components hive.

    Navigate to the: C:\Windows\System32\config folder.

Copy and paste the COMPONENTS hive from this folder on your desktop, zip it and then upload it on wetransfer.com too.

If the COMPONENTS hive cannot be copied, restart the computer and try again.

If you have any concerns about your data, I can put you at ease.

Components Hive does not contain any personal information.

Whether you trust me or not is of course up to you.

Please let me know if you need further help or if we want to end the case here.

    Thank you

OK. I thought that you didn't trust me.

Can it be that the Windows Defender is not functional for you?

Or was it removed with tools?
