OK. I thought that you didn't trust me.

Can it be that the Windows Defender is not functional for you?

Or was it removed with tools?
Yea, was removed using this guide.

Thank you zbook. When I run Tuneup.bat, it starts blinking cmd window infinitely.

I am currently running LOGS.bat file.

Will let you know when it finishes.

That is why Windows Update is broken.

Wait for the next Insider version or perform an in-place upgrade.

Is it possible to rebuild it manually?

    Thanks in advance.

    1) Open administrative command prompt (ACP) and type or copy and paste:
    2) sfc /scannow
    3) dism /online /cleanup-image /scanhealth
    4) dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth
    5) sfc /scannow

    6) When these have completed > right click on the top bar or title bar of the administrative command prompt box > left click on edit then select all > right click on the top bar again > left click on edit then copy > paste into the thread

    May be.

    But I won't try.

I recently went to the trouble of reimplementing a removed Edge browser and it took me hours.

I don't invest the time in it.

    Please understand.

All the best for you and stay safe.

sfc /scannow did not find any integrity violations and dism restore operation completed successfully.
