    Open device manager > click view > click show hidden devices > manually expand all rows > look for any row displaying an yellow triangle with black exclamation mark or unknown device > post images into the thread

    Recommended Resolution
    
    Unplug the device from the computer, and then plug it back in. 
    Restart your computer if that doesn't resolve the error. 
    From Start, click Shut Down, and then select Restart.
