I get the following error when installing the optional update (my current version is the latest 20H2 19042.868), I restart, check for Updates and it keeps showing up in a loop, any hint? Thanks

Hi, you're not alone with that error number (can be worth searching for the error number and update too). See comments following.
Often worth looking at the article per update per build in the News section.
That article, as usual, provides manual download links which you could try.
