I just tried the Microsoft Catalog again and got this:
Looks like they fixed the Catalog not updating and now I can read the documentation of the Preview Release of the Cumulative Update.
I was going to say, this was the first time I ever encountered the Catalog not reflecting an available update whether it is optional or not. See my first post when I searched for the update; the screenshot clearly shows the update didn't exist almost an hour ago.
It is all good now @Brink
After reading the highlights, it appears to be a fix for their fix of the printer issues:
That must have been embarrassing for them because I know for a fact that KB5001567 was to address the printer issue problems (Blue Screen) and when I downloaded that update, my printer problem went away.
Now they have a graphical issue with the printers they had to address I guess.

I saw this optional update today and clicked Download and Install and after a few seconds of Downloading it disappeared. I saw that it is now available from the Microsoft Update Catalog but I'm going to leave it alone for the time being. It seems to be for printing issues which I don't have. The disappearing act was strange.
Check out this thread with updated information.

Yes, I saw it three hours after I had originally posted about the Catalog problem and I posted my link to this thread in that Windows 10 News publication. When I started this thread, your link wasn't available because the thread didn't exist.
Which reminds me, I almost forgot to mark this "Solved". I will do that now.
