You can use your existing hard drive.
The boot configuration data can be repaired.
Follow the instructions from user zBook and create the log files, that is the best for now.
You can download a 21h1 ISO from there: UUP dump or from there: Download Windows 10 Insider Preview ISO (microsoft.com).
