    multiple notifications about rebooting out of active hours


    Hi, I'm running Windows 10 Version 1909

    When I have an update ready to apply, I get a notification that the machine will reboot out of active hours, which I like.
    I click okay, and off it goes, only to reappear about 10 or maybe 20 minutes later, I'm not sure what the period is. This continues all day. It is only an informational notification, it isn't warning me about an impending reboot (although it does offer me that choice).

    I found a way to turn of update notifications, but that isn't what I want. I like to be notified once and confirm that I've seen the notification. Then I don't want to be notified again.

    I can't find a setting for disabling this repeated notification, so I am wondering, is it something I've missed, or do I only have the binary option of being nagged all day with a notification that doesn't actually require any action, or not being notified at all?

I don't know if the anniversary update fixed it more, but I've heard people have had Windows 10, restart automatically and reboot after installing certain updates, like when they're in the middle of doing things. I can't say it's actually happened...
