Next will come the option to delete existing partitions.

If your installation is UEFI you should delete 4 partitions.
If it's MBR that will probably be 2 or perhaps 3.

It's important to get this right.

If you have any data partitions on the same disk which you created, you can keep those.

If you haven't already checked your disk, do that when the installation is complete.
If your disk is ok, great. If not, installing Windows will have been nothing more than a practice exercise.

Delete all the partitions as long as your personal files in the Acer partition have been backed up.

So if I delete them all I am left with nothing in that box? Where do I install Windows to then?

The only Drive its saying something can be installed on is the Drive 0 Patition 3: Acer.

So once I delete all the 5 drives I hit next? Sorry just want to be sure

    1. Delete all the partitions.
    2. You will see a single unallocated space.
    3. Select that space.
    4. Click on "Next".

That's your screenshot- at 4.9Mb probably too large a file for tenforums.

4 partitions- typical as I said of UEFI. Win 10 creates its own.

OK so I have fully installed Windows again and gone through the setup. I am now currently using Windows Update and as of yet have no "Your device is missing important security and quality fixes" It is now installing 2021-02 Cumalitive Update for Windows 10 Version 20H2 for x64 based systems (KB4601319). Is there anything else I should do or need to check that things have worked?

    These are some steps:

    1) Install drivers from the motherboard or computer manufacturer's website
    2) Perform windows updates after installing drivers
    3) Install applications
    4) Make free backup images and save to another disk drive or the cloud
    5) Update the specs in the "My Computer" section
