KB4601382 keeps giving me 0x80070003

Hello, I have 0x80070003 at KB4601382 but also get 0x80070003 at all other udates.
I also get 0x80070003 at last security update KB5004945.
Could you please help me ?

This has been driving me mad for weeks - I am so glad that I found this thread!

I am having exactly the same problem as the above with missing netathrx.inf.

Logs attached.

Please could you send / post the appropriate SFCFix file to fix this? I am familiar with how to use it.
