I would leave the duplicates in the folder without doing anything and then run Windows Update again.
I've run the fix for the entire FileRepository directory but it's the same issue. For example Windows Update is trying to access this missing folder:
    /prnms003.inf_amd64_9d6cd193d2dd61fd/
But the folder copied over from my computer is this:
    /prnms003.inf_amd64_8260487d3fd9235d/

At this point I feel maybe a reinstall of Windows is going to be the only time-efficient fix. I've personally never viewed reinstalling Windows as a fix for anything, as there is almost always a solution, but in this case with the number of drivers potentially missing I think this could go on forever if replacing them one by one.

    Thoughts?

Please allow Tekkie Boy to complete the troubleshooting.

If the partitions are okay there are other methods besides clean install.

    @murray55

    Try an in-place upgrade first.

Maybe that's enough before you completely reinstall.

Shawn made a good tutorial on this.
Repair Install Windows 10 with an In-place Upgrade | Tutorials (tenforums.com)

Don't be alarmed by the amount of text about it, it's not complicated, but there is some information that you should pay attention to.

Should the in-place upgrade fail for any reason, we would need to look at the log files.
In this case, I would like to ask you to create a new thread so that this thread is not redirected in a different direction than the original problem was here.

Hello and Welcome on TF @FriendlyUser

Download SFCFix.exe and save this to your Desktop.
Download the file below, Fix removed, and save this to your Desktop too.
Ensure that this file is named SFCFix.zip - do not rename it.
Save any open documents and close all open windows.
On your Desktop, you should see two files: SFCFix.exe and SFCFix.zip.
Drag the file SFCFix.zip onto the file SFCFix.exe and release it.

SFCFix will now process the script.
Upon completion, a file should be created on your Desktop: SFCFix.txt.
    Then upload the SFCFix.txt

    Friendly greetings
