    @Tekkie Boy
    I have a family member with what I think is the same type of issue. May I please ask for your assistance?

    Hello and Welcome on TF @murray55

    Download SFCFix.exe and save this to your Desktop.
    Download the file below, Fix removed because user related, and save this to your Desktop too.
    Ensure that this file is named SFCFix.zip - do not rename it.
    Save any open documents and close all open windows.
    On your Desktop, you should see two files: SFCFix.exe and SFCFix.zip.
    Drag the file SFCFix.zip onto the file SFCFix.exe and release it.

    SFCFix will now process the script.
    Upon completion, a file should be created on your Desktop: SFCFix.txt.
    Then upload the SFCFix.txt

    Friendly greetings

    Next "Fix removed because user related"
    Use it like the previous one.

    Do you have an explanation why so many driver packages are missing compared to other people here?

    My guess is the third-party driver updater program they installed, which I have previously uninstalled and also scanned for malware. I told them to never do that again .. haha.

    Question for you:
    I see these folders in my own C:\WINDOWS\System32\DriverStore\FileRepository directory. In your fix zips, are you getting these driver folders from your own Windows installation or is this from a recovery disk or something like that?
    If you do not wish to explain, I understand.
