Windows Server 2016 Update is not applicable!

I downloaded kb4571694 then i tried to install that on Windows Server 2016 but it couldn't install with the error that "the update is not applicable to your computer."

I tried to install prerequisite updates of kb4571694, but they also said "the update is not applicable to your computer." I also tried older versions of them.

Then i tried to install servicing stack updates as many as i can but as you can guess, they also failed with the same error, even though i tried to install older versions of them.

FYI: When i look at the updates that is installed on this server, It says "No updates is installed on this computer".

    I really need your help.

Please upload the CBS folder from the following path:
    C:\Windows\logs

Copy and paste the folder on your destop, zip it and then upload it on wetransfer.com and share the link here.
    Or use OneDrive.

    Thanks

Seems like they have a registry corruption.
Can you run this script on the server to create the Software hive on the desktop from the server?
    WeTransfer

Then run the following command in command prompt too:

    cmd /c dir /s /A %systemroot%\servicing\version >"%userprofile%\desktop\servicing.txt"

After that upload the servicing.txt and the SoftwareCBS.zip from your desktop on wetransfer.com again.

    No problem.

Unfortunately, I have bad news for you.

    Your Software hive is broken.

Either you have an older system backup that you can restore or you have to rebuild the server.
