KB4023057 will not install on Windows 10 20H2

Attempts to install KB4023057 on 22Feb2021 on Windows 10 20H2 results in error code 0xc1900401. Troubleshooting Windows update does not reveal let alone resolve the problem. I have run system file check and corruptions were resolved but the update still cannot be installed.
I have also run DISM.exe without success:-
    DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth
    DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth /Source:C:\RepairSource\Windows /LimitAccess (where repair source is folder 'source' on the Windows 10 20H2 installation USB.
Result zilch for all the above.

I resorted to a system backup (still at feature update 2004) and everything then updated OK. Have since updated to feature update 20H2. My other two systems at 20H2 had no problem with KB4023057.

Depending on your circumstances, you may want to avoid KB4023057 all together. I, like many other Windows 10 users, choose to control Windows updates myself on all the PCs I manage.

This particular KB periodically appears in order to sabotage the Windows Update controls we have installed. Unless you're having problems with automatic updates from Microsoft, I can't see any use in making any extra effort to install this KB.
    YMMV

Note that my scripts will not disable it, which can possibly make you lose the control.
I can modify my scripts to disable it if need be.
