No windows update

Why my pc doesn't get any Windows update? I don't have any issue with my internet connection on my pc. Whenever I'm pressing button "check for updates" there is nothing happen. I was goggle it, use force update using cmd, run Windows update troubleshooter(windows detecting everything is fine),
etc, there is nothing happen. I'm facing this issue when I'm reset my pc for week ago. I just want update windows 10 version 2004 or 20H2. My current windows 10 version 1903.

Hit update but you may find you need to do a clean install as lots have problems updating from out of service editions but clean installl works

Computers with out of support operating systems may get updates.

So updates could be troubleshooted.
Why not troubleshoot the failure to upgrade?
