    Microsoft Update Health service

I have noticed under services that Microsoft Update Health service is disabled. Should it be disabled? I never touched anything. I'm on windows 10 20H2 home edition

Have a look at this => KB4023057 Microsoft Update Health Tools Installed?

    I hope this helps.

So I don't need to worry that under services that it is disabled. I know I have not had any trouble with updating my computer.

That's correct. If an issue, you can set it to Manual.
