Windows Update NET.framework 3.5 and 4.8 windows 10 Version 2004 for x64 (KB4601050). This update totally screwed up my Windows Explorer search Indexing! Wasn't working.... I uninstalled this and now everything is fine now.
Anyway to disable this Update?

Okay I ran the third part app, found update, but don't know what to do next? Everything is greyed out but the refresh button. Here I just noticed say that it installed on the 12 but asking for me to install again and I cancelled it.
Go to "Windows Update". There are checkboxes.
yeah you have to manually hit refresh first to get everything populated, also first need to uninstall, then refresh after uninstalled so can then hide it.
Mine only shows 2 updates.. after I refreshed, In Windows I paused the other updates with that 1 bad update, but it also says it's installed too.

If you click on the top of the columns, you can widen them so that all the details are visible.
BTW, this KB seems to have caused me no grief while using winver 2004.
You might like to ask about the problem in
KB4601050 Net - TenForums
in case others have experienced anything similar.
I didn't have any problems but I am on 20H2 so our situations might not be comparable even though the update is common to both Versions.
