Hey all!
Is there anyway to make a usb Windows install with the absolute most recent update so I don't have to install then have a big update right after which requires a restart which usually refreshes all the settings and reinstalls all the crapware after I've gone through removing on the first install.

Yes - when you create an image using the Media Creation Tool that you referenced, it will already use the latest available feature release. There may be a new LCU (Latest Cumulative Update) available, but those are only patches and don't reset or alter any settings.
If you really really absolutely want to inject all the latest updates into that image, respond back and I can provide a procedure to you, but frankly, it would probably be easier to just let Windows update install the Latest Cumulative Update.

Sorry to revive a old post but would I have to use Rufus on the file from the UUP Dump Files website for latest latest windows?
The computer used to type this post was troubleshooted with a brand new windows 10 iso 20H2 (February 2021).
This was an in place upgrade repair followed by numerous windows, defender, and driver updates.
Recently there was a cumulative update and it requires a reboot.
There are many revisions between the biyearly windows 10 iso.
If you had not disabled windows updates of non-Microsoft drivers and had not used another antivirus it is highly likely that there will be windows updates after using the latest Microsoft released Windows 10 iso.

If you want the least likeliness of needing an update after an upgrade or clean install then perform shortly after a patch Tuesday:
