Where are you seeing this driver error? Do you have the Event ID number for it?
The log you posted only concerns updates... not drivers.

You might try running the Windows Update Troubleshooter. Press the Windows and "R" keys simultaneously, type or paste the following into the "Open" box and click "OK".

    msdt.exe -id WindowsUpdateDiagnostic

Could you double click on one of those errors please, and post a screen shot of the result?

I'm having trouble helping with this error, because I eliminated the problem on my computer with a registry hack, a long time ago.

How to turn off driver updates in Windows Update in Windows 10

With this tweak, you'll still get Windows Updates... there just won't be drivers included in them, anymore.

I think it started with Windows 7. Microsoft decided to "help" people with driver updates.
    It hasn't worked well.

I did the registry hack to disable driver updates to no avail. Also here are some screen shots of when the event started to the present.

It means Windows update is offering you an older driver than is installed. This usually happens when you use the manufacturer’s website (Intel, nVidia etc) to update the driver, usually Windows will know you have a newer driver & not offer one for that device but on occasion it will & then you’ll receive that message.
    I would block the update.
You can use this MS tool to show & hide problematic drivers or updates: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/3073930.You can also try the windows update minitool to block the update permanently: Download Windows Update MiniTool - MajorGeeks
