It does a compatibility check before it allows you to install the update, but it it does not check all software installed it seems.
60 days to rollback is much better than 10.
The rollback feature may not function / complete.
It is somewhat like a Windows restore point.
It may or may not work when clicked.
I always have a disk image if needed.
Great as an emergency backup plan- but using it takes all data including user files back to when the image was created.
Yes. I make a disk image every 3 months.
I therefore hope you're backing up any changing data meantime, because if you have to restore a 3 month old image, any data changes or created in the most recent 3 months will be lost.
