Windows will nnot update past 1909

    Ok thanks for the advice Dalchina but the the machine does not belong to me I have advised her to be a little more careful with what she downloads and to use the back up but the problem is that she is an older person with not that much computer savvy so I can only hope she does as I say.

    One thing I will say that Microsoft was more than helpful in getting the machine back to health again which was a very pleasant surprise.

    Clean install is relatively easy.
    Migrating higher to tier / level 3 for free troubleshooting support is very challenging.
