    Hi

How do I disable the automatic updates completely on every edition of Windows 10 20H2?

    Thanks

Hi, asked and answered many times... here's the tutorial from - yes- the Tutorials section which you're encouraged to browse and search:

Enable or Disable Windows Update Automatic Updates in Windows 10

And like Option 7 in that, once again other freeware tools to deal with this have been around for some years:
    Windows Update Manager (WUmgr)
    Sledgehammer (script, cruder but effective)

Other scripts have been posted here. Feel free to search.

    Hello @balubeto,

Just to get you started . . .

Have a look at this Tutorial => Enable or Disable Windows Update Automatic Updates in Windows 10
A lot of members on the forums use => Option Seven in the Tutorial above.

There is also this Tutorial => How to Specify Target Feature Update Version in Windows 10
Especially look at @Matthew Wai's => Option 4 in the Tutorial above.

This might also be of interest => https://www.tenforums.com/tutorials/...3=#post1813875

    I hope this helps.

I wonder why people dont want updates MS dont role them out for fun they are to fix things add something and important security updates. If you dont update then complain of a fault its likley fixed if you updated

I have read the various tutorials mentioned above but I can't find a procedure, valid for all Windows 10 20H2 editions, that allows to disable automatic updates but not manual ones without having to rehabilitate the first ones.
    How come?

    Thanks

    Bye
